The Coffee and food it's amazing! Staff in general really nice but in this shop the staff was not. they didn't allow me to use the toilet facilities (of course I was having a bite and coffee) and the blond guy was not nice at all. Should treat better your costumers!

Total disgrace. Slow,half awake baristas, unwelcoming lady on the till.The original team,before the lockdown, was above and beyond in customer service, welcoming,smiling, and just nice.Shame,now this place is no go for me.

Not accepting cash money and the card things are not working right. Accusing me of having a faulty card an telling me that I should call my bank. My card was fine! The same day I paid with it at 6 other places.
Nice place to have a cup of coffee while enjoying the view of Tower of London. There is no toilet in the cafe, though. The closest toilet is in Starbucks just across the cafe or the public toilet not far from there.

Difficult to judge a chain. All I had was a tea, it doesn't feel fair to judge the chain on that but, as it's required, it's ok, 3 stars!
