Curly hair lady who has a face of an exhausted horse said on the 27th of this month I can no longer use my double QR code which one is mine and others is my wife’s. Gone in there this morning on the 18th and she was rude refusing to serve me my other coffee another subscription which I pay for. Referring to she don’t make the rules! Absolutely shocking !! Pret subscription is going down hill as well as their staff members !! Lucky there is another one 30 seconds walk on 73 Russel square which I had to honour my other QR. Better atmosphere Better Coffee only problem it opens a little later. The joys of living in Central London !! Been using Pret for years + subscribed, but looking to cancel very soon!! If they don’t fix this mess with the QR

Terrible place!Latte tastes like water.The don’t even bother brew the coffee and froth the milk separately. Everything comes from an automatic machine.

Good place for lunch or snack. They have a cold food section and a hot food section. Two things have surprised me: the first is that whatever you order, they send you to a collection area where there is no order, so if you order something common (a coffee with milk, for example) if they take it out you don't know if It's yours if it's busy and there are a lot of people waiting. Another thing that caught my attention is that, in the seating area, there were many people working or studying on the computer. Royo coworking. I liked it and seemed curious at the same time

Good place to study. For some reason when I have Pret membership, they never miss my drink order, but when I’ve ordered without my membership, they’ve forgotten my order (or the system bugged out? idk). Employees are usually very helpful though.

We came here Christmas Day and Boxing Day 2023 as we were visiting a relative in hospital nearby. We were very grateful to find it open - and the staff were so friendly too. Really made a difference. P.s. has high chairs for babies too ?Kid-friendliness: Has high chairs
I've always loved Pret and have even recommended it to many of my friends. However, today (25 Dec 23 around 3:40pm) I was deeply disappointed and hurt by the woman barista with a ponytail who served me. I wanted to claim my Pret perk and was about to order a caramel latte. Before I could finish speaking, she abruptly asked me to scan the code. I then mentioned that I also wanted a caramel latte. Instead of politely asking, 'Anything else?' she scolded me rudely, questioning why I didn't order both items together and expressing herself very impolitely. How can you yell so rudely at your customers? I understand that working during the holidays might be frustrating, but it shouldn't be taken out on the customer. I'm sorry, Pret, but you should train this particular barista better :(. I've been to many Pret locations, and most of them have been super friendly. Unfortunately, this branch was exceptionally rude.

The Pret team here is consistently efficient and the store seems to be well-staffed. Queue is typically empty and never more than a few minutes at peak times.

Pret is popular across the UK and popular for a reason. The food is fresh, affordable, and delicious. The falafel salad had so many elements and textures with a lovely lemony, herby dressing.The selection of fresh juices and smoothies was very impressive. The apple juice was excellent, naturally sweet with a slight tartness
