I visited here 15th February at around 5pm, and the female staff working alone that time was so friendly. Her service was great and though it was nearly closing time, she greeted everyone with warm smile. I really respect her service skill. Plus, I was also surprised because this place was so clean. (+including bathroom) I would definitely visit this place again.

I work locally and am always pleased to visit this particular Pret! This is an extremely busy area of London with loads of businesses around, so the team here are usually very busy.But they never fail to serve me with a smile, and if there is a short queue, it’s dealt with with very fast.They deliver on the high quality product both in terms of food but also service you come to expect with the Pret brand.All the team there are great, and most of them know my orders off by heart!Having worked in the area for some time, I have begun to know the staff quite well and have to give some shout outs.So, a big thank you to Klaudia, Sebastian, Jose, Manu, Azeb, Francesca, Shalui, Itadora, Kinga, Benjamin, Noutal, Addrito, Noemi, Carmine and Anshad!Thank you all for your hard work and great service, I look forward to seeing you all soon ?

Updated 1 week ago by Pret themselves on Google maps, Thursdays open from 6:30am but when I got there at 6:45am, it was closed & worker said opens at 7am. I start my shift at 7am & for me to look forward to a morning hot drink via Pret before work, I expected them to be open & ready.

Nice staf n all ok.Extra 5* for toilet available BIG Plus +(the other Prets honestly should be maybe closed if u selling coffie and have no working Toilet ! )

I just took a hot wrap considering it to be "Falfel& Halloumi" from this store and thankfully read the ingredients before eating. It turned out to be "Swedish Meatball Hot Wrap". This is disgusting. I paid £5.85 and can't even it eat . I am a Hindu vegetarian and this is against my religious practice to even touch this.

Not a fan of chain coffee shops, but the service here has been above my expectations, kind and friendly staff and the breakfast oats are the one you need to try,

This store used to be great. Now its just a shambles. Every time I go there, no matter the time, the queue is out the door. I can't work out if its staff incompetence or they just don't care?Just went in to buy a sandwich....'oh, we haven't started making them yet'...are you kidding me? Its LUNCH TIME.Have complained to Head Office as this isn't typical of the Pret brand.

I was waiting too long because long que and was only 1 guy making coffee….and is not only first time waiting too long in this place…
Great to sit outside for that morning coffee watching the world dash by!
