Very few vege options on day I visited. Didn’t bother providing feedback via the website as last time I did this they didn’t seem interested in taking it on board.Vegetarian options: No vegetarian toastie options on the day I visited ? Did ask the staff restocking the fridge but they seemed unphased.

Always happy with pret. Their sandwiches & salads are excellent for a snack on the go or to eat in. They serve the best tea of all the 'coffee' chains.

I used to regularly visit this Prett to get my morning coffee and sandwiches. Sadly recently I've noticed the staff look exhausted. I really don't think the drinks subscriptions fair. As they're working flat out all day! I've also noticed exactly the same thing at other Pretts. So for that reason I rather spend my money elsewhere. Where the staff look more relaxed, and I can enjoy the atmosphere

Waited 15 minutes for a bloody late. No longer my regular.
Worst Pret in London. I have never had such a poorly made coffee. You can order a latter or a cappuccino and will get the same product. Also it has happened multiple times where you get a coffee during the morning rush and they will give you one that is pre made and cold... I'd avoid even with the £20 subscription.

Staff here are really rude. I would walk an extra 5 min just to go to Cheapside - staff there are a lot nicer!
