The people here working were so rude they made me cry. I am hard of hearing and they humiliated me for not hearing my order been called. I go here everyday for lunch during my work break but I will not return any longer.

Great British casual restaurant chain that serves amazing sandwiches and coffee! I've been to this restaurant in US, London and Edinburgh and we have never been disappointed. We usually stop here on vacation for breakfast or lunch and we really like the selection of sandwiches and the coffee/lattes are great! Be sure to try their Hoisin duck salad wrap...so yummy!

The Starbucks competitior. It was underwhelming for the most part and food was just alright. There may be a glimpse of bias but I would take starbucks any day of the week.

The young man was very rude, and the Cinnamon rolls were very dry. They told us we had to leave after 5mins sitting down. They should've told us they're closing in 10min. Would you like this to go.
