Today, I ordered an iced caramel latte with one shot of caramel. But when I tried to order coffee, the staff kept talking in Spanish and didn't take my order for a long time. Fortunately, another employee helped me with my order, but the coffee was too sweet and came out too late..

A bit of a so so experience. No iced coffee a blow. Some of the staff give the impression of being very much on a learning curve. Cash not accepted which is a minus for me too. Food and drink still the best in the high street31/12/22 - a much better experience of late. I love the fact that the loo door is a bit of an IQ test. Some try to pull it open but, mercifully, the majority do slide it!13/6/23 - a big shout out for Daniel. The epitome of politeness and great service. A credit to your company!

Simply ordered a coffee.The male team member didn’t greet, acknowledge or say thank you at all in my transaction. Purely nodding each time i said anything. And gestures towards the payment machine.How does someone who clearly doesn’t understand basic service levels get recruited by Pret?

I visit this branch every other day to work remotely or to get a take away ice Latte, been probably 100 times and the staff always quick and polite and some of the staff already know what I want to order. Only thing that would improve this store for me personally is more charger points for laptops as the lack of chargers can make me need to goto another store, and would love to have some halal food options to eat alongside my coffee. Uninterested and bored staff. No customer service manners, no smile, when asked a question, the guy at the till turned his back and pretended not to hear.
Staff don’t have the same spark as they did when shop first opened and seem very miserable. My favourite staff member ( a young black girl ) no longer works there. New manager is very intimidating and unwelcoming. Will not be returning here.

I always visit this place & unfortunately this Pret is always dirty. Dust and or food which hasnt been cleaned up. Also staff are miserable…

I picked up a packet of crisps, and whilst waiting at the tills I realised that they were out of date? The expired date was September 2022?! We’re now in March! I’m not sure why this was but quite clearly some kind of checks are not being completed. Tables were filthy too. Incredibly unhygienic. Poor service. Would not recommend.
