One of worst test ever in London in spite of kindness of the staff

Everything was perfect. Except for one thing! That's the price of tea. What does it mean to write 4.5 pounds on your glass, friend? The food and presentations are great, it is worth the price, but is it worth paying 4.5 pounds for a normal slim glass of tea? Apart from that, we did not like the kunefe at all. The cheese in the middle was not melted and was very hard. As for the food, we ordered meat, pastry, stuffed meatballs, hummus and salad and it was delicious. The salad could have been a little bigger, the portion is too small on the table. The waiters were very attentive and fast.

Beautiful restaurant and superb service. The steak was excellent, best we've ever had! Soft delicious cooked perfectly and loads of flavour. The the icli kofte is just a kibbeh style thing which is good but not worth it. Pide is amazing if you like truffle which we do! The adana was poor unfortunately, undercooked and the fat wasn't rendered properly.

Amazing experience on my birthday. Ruya was on my visit list from months and at last we made it today?Delicious food and very polite and friendly staff. Will visit more often.Parking: After 6:30 there is free parking boxes. Although you can park in one yellow line in front of restaurant after 6:30 which we did get lucky and found one right in front of the entrance ?Kid-friendliness: Although we were there for dinner time but there was a table with families and kids over 7 i guess.

Truly the worst food I've ever eaten. It would be very disrespectful to Turkish cuisine if I call the food we ate Turkish food. As a group of friends, we ordered many different items from the menu and tried it all together. Unfortunately, apart from the quince ice cream, nothing we ordered tasted remotely good. The service was also terrible, one of the waiters even had an attitude and was very unhappy to be working. I got scared when ordering, that was the level of his attitude. The only positive thing about this place was their decoration and this goes to show that places like this only care about aesthetics to draw out people to come and make zero effort on their menu. Overall, the worst dining experience I had in London, I wish there were 0 stars to give.

Some of the waiter and waitress don’t understand what luxury service is .First thing the waiter came over the minute I sat down he recommended alcohol ……I understand they want to make money but I don’t event drink. I was the last one finishing eating my main dish and whilst I was finishing my plate the same waiter already came over to take my friend’s plates away and ask if they want desserts … I mean , read the room and your surroundings. I’m not even done and where you rushing to. Pure rudeness and disrespectful.Food was ok , not exceptional. Small portions and when you pay the price they are charging I except to get more than 2 bites .We wanted to order 2 chips and the waitress said one portion is enough for 2 ppl, I mean check the pictures yourself , this is 2 bites .Won’t go back again.
