I have eaten here many times before. On this occasion the restaurant was and quite as we were there very early.Greeted at the door and got taken care of all throughout our stay. Love the salad bar as there is plenty of choices and the meats on skewers is always finger licking good. The chicken didn’t taste nice to me this occasion for some reason but all in all I will give 5 stars

Went for a meal. Food wasn't cut and shared equally among customers, servers missed my table about 5 days and we waited 20 mins between each cut, server's would forget our drinks and even forgot to take some things off our bill that we paid for in advance, the restaurant was half full so not a lot of people but me and my partner felt forgotten about.

We’ve been coming to this place a few times and we never get disappointed. The buffet has good variety of food. The meat is really tasty. The staff is really welcoming and nice.This evening was my boyfriend’s birthday and they even offered us a nice service and adapted to what we wanted.You can eat as much as you want for a good price
We went there for lunch on Sunday. The buffet isn’t good at all , the food is very flavourless and there aren’t many choices of food ! the meat as well no flavour at all ! The service was ok! This place is Far far away from the real Brazil Rodizio experience ! Definitely not coming

I honestly wish I could say something different but our experience wasn’t good at all….buffet very nice, great variety with some foods not that warm but good buffet nevertheless…but I go there for the meat and that was a complete disappointment…small selection, some meats overheated too many times, overcooked as you can see by the ham slice in the photo…all cuts except the picanha were chewy and I mean very chewy…the waiter dropped the whole chicken heart skewers on the table next to ours and there was none left for us…a can of coke £3.60 and a total bill of £85 I think I am entitled to expect better quality cuts and variety…a real shame I wish it could be different but we won’t be back.

I've been to Ricco to celebrate the birthday of a best friend, on the very bday day, and the food, service and attention to detail into our reservation could not be any better.The wuality of the meat cust, the variety, the seasonings, and the plenty choice on the side menu (free / all you can eat self service buffet), was incredible. There is no comparison between Ricco Rodizio and the other Brazilian rodizio steakhouses in London.The special thank you goes, for sure, to the staff. Our reservation notes (in my case, since I deal with several dietary intollerances), were all taken into consideration. When we arrived there, Rui, our main waiter, was already aware, and took me through the entire menu and buffet, showing what would be safe to consume. How can you make it any better to a food intollerant customer, than making him / her feel safe about eating and not having to ask all the time whats ok / was not ok? That was simply brilliant.The guys on the grill did n amazing jon as well, everything was very tasty, and the manager provided the cake slice at the end, making my friends day, all-around, super special.I definitely recommend this place for any special occasion, friends, family meetings, special lunhc/ dinner occasions. They are the best, and every single penny, for waht you get, is absolutely worth it.Rui, Obrigada por tudo! Voce e uma estrela!
