“The sandwich’s quality match the full size Rogues quality. Highly recommend the mortadella. The beef was delicious but I don’t think it would travel well because it was greasy. But delicious to eat right away!!!”

“Mr Ming just served us a breakfast sandwich in a very friendly and professional manner. It was our first time in Upper Crust and the experience was fantastic. They have a warm seating area to have something to eat. We will certainly come back.”

“Loved the coffee here and visited every day when I was in the area. That said, they are still packed every day at 5pm (their listed closing time) and start closing WELL before this. They won’t serve you in a mug after 4pm, and start pulling chairs and table settings at around this time. I wish management would either extend the opening hours a bit or at least wait until 5pm to start pulling all the chairs etc. It’s weird and intrusive to feel pushed out starting at 4pm, even if you’ve just ordered. Also, every time I went there I was up-charged for an extra shot, no matter who was working the till. This felt shady and I had to correct them every time.”

“The service at this Pret is exemplary, they are super efficient and friendly. The queue always goes down really quickly especially in rush hour, and I never have to wait long for my great coffee. Really impressive. Thank you.”

“Generous portion size and very fresh ingredients. Left with very happy tummies but didn’t feel weighed down by food. Friendly and efficient service. Would 10/10 go back again - certainly a hidden gem.”

“This small cafe is on white Cross Street with Banner Street. White Cross Street is a foodie street with food stalls out most days.I popped in for a quick bacon roll towards the end of the day. It was quiet, but I imagine it gets rammed at lunchtime. The food was OK, and the prices seemed in line with the area.Parking: Forget about it. Too expensive”
