Cool place. Great music (Lofi hip hop) and yeah the cocktails are beautiful and good. Recommend the Saturday Morning Cartoons. Really good.Interior has nice dim lighting and furniture is modern and sleek.Highly recommend. Nice vibe before this one will get overly crowded soon!

Beautiful, innovative cocktails. The flavours are wonderfully quirky but are at the same time delicately balanced and don't overpower.Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and drinks were fairly priced. Apparently everything on the menu is made with sustainable, local ingredients. We loved that the menu talked about the flavours themselves rather than the alcohols that are in each, which made it much more fun choosing your next drink.The space reminded me of some of the cocktails bars we visited in Seoul and Tokyo. It’s intimate without feeling over crowded and really feels like you’re a part of something, rather than a just another customer being being waited on.Some of the best cocktails we’ve tasted. Will definitely be back.

What an interesting place! This is a great choice for true cocktail lovers--a concept bar with experimental drinks made from foraged and recycled drinks. You may want to pass if you're just after a casual brew with friends, but I'd recommend stopping by on a date night for a true experience!Loved the sage and browned butter drink best of all, and I hope they continue to focus on highlighting unusual ingredients.I feel Scout could improve it's menu slightly by including a tasting notes section, as sometimes the drinks were very different from what I expected from the ingredients. You should chat with the bartender to get a real idea of the flavors.
