Very disappointed with the slow services. I had to wait for more than an hour for my order. When I was reading the reviews for this place, I noticed everyone has the same complains but management is doing nothing to improves the services. If you cannot deliver services on time please put up a board at the ordering counter so that people are aware of such long wait and do not waste time.

A Sunday morning must not be the best time to enjoy breakfast at this place.The chaos at the bar when it came to picking up orders was enormous. Two people making coffees non-stop and announcing numbers that many people didn't know what theirs was.The quality of the food also does not correspond to the price paid.

Chaotic. Went for light lunch things on a Sunday. Friend’s pizza arrived after 15 mins, my pizza garlic bread and stone cold chips arrived 30 mins after ordering. Staff apologetic once I could find someone to talk to, but forgot to send through any replacement chips. Queued for another 15 mins just to get the money back for the missing chips. Won’t be going back for a while, which is a shame as the location is fantastic.

Lovely view of the lake from the outdoor table. The food is decent, even though the quantity is small for an adult given the high price. The service is very poor. The little kids menus were served long after the other. Nobody could enjoy the meal together.

Dry and overpriced cinnamon roll. Tea not hot (made worse by a cold cup), and wouldn't provide additional hot water on the side for making tea weaker without charging extra.
Really pretty place, great place to chill with drinks but food wise service is very slow, over 30mins wait then the food is average at best. Very dry burgers, sourdough sandwich is acceptable but nothing special.
