A nice Shake Shack restaurant, there have a good amount of seating but it can get busy. You can order a the counter or from your table via a QR code. The food is hot and tasty. Recommend!

Shake Shack's quality has significantly deteriorated over the time. A Chicken Shack costs 9 pounds but the breast filet is half the size of the bun. After two very back to back bad experiences, I don't think I'll be going back. There are plenty of other options out there which gives a better return on money.

I ordered a ShackMeister for 9,55 and fries at 09.05 pm. After ordering one of the staff told us that only Take Away is possible and no more Dine-In. Closing Time is 10 pm. After nearly 15 Min I got my meal. Fries were cold and the burger absolute not what I ordered or the worst burger I ever ate. See picture what it should be and what it really was. We paid about 32 Pounds for 2 Burger, 2 Fries and a Lemonade. That were the worst burgers we ever had. Absolutley disappointing!

Pretty mid Shake Shack - probably due to the location and diluted standards as a result of always being busy - probably also not the best to take to go either. Amount of cheese on cheese fries is never enough, but the white truffle limited burger was pretty nice - standards at TCR location seem to be better, visit there if you want a Shake Shack in London.

I opted for chips for a quick order, and the process was easy and efficient. The place had a nice vibe, providing a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy my meal.

Shake Shack for me is always a safe option if I'm looking for something simple and good. In London it didn't fail me either. The food was really good. The logistic is a little more complicated than it should be in my opinion. You order in one place and then you have to go to the space across the hall to get your food. There is always a lot of people so if there is more than one of you get someone to save a seat while the other waits for the food. In general terms, food great for logistics could do a better job

Really good burgers and fries, but too pricey, specially for being self service.

Very cold outside seating while waiting for take away food. Food was not wrapped at all and just open in the bag. Easily the worst Shake Shack I've ever been to.

First time shake-shack try-er!Had the Crispy Shallot Burger (Vegan) and it was so so good! REALLY YUMMY. Solid 10/10. I am not vegan and bought this burger feeling intrigued by the interesting contents of the burger. I paired it with cheesy fries- which were pretty good too - crispy, crinkle cut, cheesy fries. YES. Would order again. For all the vegans out there- HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ?? My friend ordered the beef hot dog! She said it was really good! There is LOADS of space to sit and eat! And we were served fairly quickly. They do pretty good crowd control so you order in one place and walk over to the collection point with your buzzers.Vegetarian options: I had the Crispy Shallot Burger (vegan) and it was SO good! Would defo order again.I went with my friend who has eaten from shake shack before and highly recommended the ‘shroom burger’ (Veggie!)

I asked for my burger to be well done and the first attempt, I can only describe as being raw! The second not much better…it seems they want to serve customers quickly but clearly as the photos demonstrate food safety NOT A PRIORITY!

Small burger with tough burger meat and weird tasting cheese sauce on the chips, and cost an insulting £15 just for that. First and last time at Shake Shack

We came across the shake Shack in Covent Garden on a Sunday lunchtime whilst we were walking around London. We found a table outside, placed our order and went to sit down to wait for it to be prepared. We were given an order device that vibrated when the food was ready and we went to collect. We both went for a cheeseburger and cheesy fries along with a couple of drinks. The quality of the food was really good and it was all prepared fresh and hot. It was quite pricey however because it was a step up from your regular burger and chips we didn’t mind paying for it. I would happily visit here again.

Not how they used to be… I used to really love their burgers but can’t say the same after a nostalgic crave the other day.Can also get very cold if you dine there during wintertime. The wind will take away every single trace of warmth from your food instantly.

I got the Chicken Shack being the only halal option, and it never disappoints! One of the best chicken burgers in my opinion. There’s a large seating area in the centre with a refillable sauce station. Definitely recommend ?

As expected the burger and fries were tasty and delicious. The location is ideal if you find yourself shopping in covent garden. The toilets however were a bit unsanitary. The personnel though was very friendly.
