Personally, I really liked the food, especially the potatoes. Indeed, a friend of mine got food poisoning.. so I don't know how safe it is. The service is quite fast and the staff is very kind. It is located near Oxford street and has many options for food!!

You could get the same food anywhere else for half the price. It's nothing unique or amazing so the steep price for one burger is really unreasonable not to mention the staff is rude. While I was waiting with my partner for their food one of the staff pushed me out of the way and caused me to spill my small overpriced drink I hadn't even gotten a chance to taste. When we asked if I could get a new one as all of it was spilled on the floor, myself, and the tray we were treated as an inconvenience and as if we were doing something wrong. Not to mention when my partner did get their food, their burger was undercooked. So if you want to spend way more than necessary on mediocre food and be treated like trash when they make a mistake, then in that case I would recommend here.

Criminally overpriced. 22 pounds for a burger, plain fries and a small shake.Terrible, chaotic atmosphere. Dirty everywhere.Toilets appalling.Service friendly and quick I suppose, the only redeeming quality.

Ordered a single cup vanilla frozen custard. Got a miserable dose of custard. After complaining and telling them that other stores give a full cup instead of 1/3 cup i was told other stores must have made a mistake? Like all of them?? I don’t think so! What a rip off for 4.25 pounds, don’t eat here!
