We loved the strawberry cake ? and the earl grey roll. Best cake I have eaten. The flavors and texture and presentation was all 10/10.

The food tasted amazing and the sweets were perfect! If you are looking for a nice homely cafe with authentic asian food, look no further. The staff was also super welcoming and kind.

The only place in the UK where I've been able to find cheese tonkatsu. Worth a visit!

Located at Shaftesbury Avenue, London. Authentic Japanese cake, very fluffy and not as sweet as like Western cake.

The restaurant is very tiny and it was very busy, me and my friend queued if you wanna eat dine-in we waited 20mns.I ordered the shibuya omurice(£17.50)with pork katsu. Waited 15mns for our food. Mine was served first with the pork katsu. My friend’s food served after 20mns. I reminded them about my pork katsu but they forgot again I told to the skinny tall lady about it but I don’t wanna wait for another minute again.Takoyaki was deep fried and looks very old As you can see the picture compared to the other one that i took from google. My food was horrible and so much oil on it.The toilet is downstairs where you can see there kitchen. The chef was on the phone while cooking, and one of his colleague is washing his face on the sink kitchen while the wash room is just beside them??Desserts looks good except for the waffles that’s already been made and they just reheat it when someone orders.

Best Bingsoo place in London city centre, come here from time to time, i love their mango bingsoo and i love their interioronly criticism is back in September I was queuing with my friend to get into the cafe and a couple sort of cut the queue (got invited into a table without being in the queue) because they seemed to be one of the waiting staff’s friends. Might be a misunderstanding and it doesn’t affect my overall opinion of this place but that was slightly annoying then

I saw the staff treating an Asian girl differently, snatching the menu away from her when she was ordering, and rolling their eyes when serving the food.

There's always a queue during the weekend and I haven't get the chance to try for a while. Finally got the opportunity on a weekday. The meal is about average, okay for the quick bite if there's the seat. Their desserts are superior, cake is spongy, moist, and right amount of sweetness.

The mango bingsoo was amazing, and the arabica styled coffee is a 10/10. We also had the strawberry cake, which was fluffy and light. The place is quite small and we queued for around 15-20 minutes at 8PM on a Saturday, but it was well worth the wait. Highly recommend the mango bingsoo and coffee!

Nice portion, just enough but the milk on the side is very little. Overall, taste good, wish they give more milk to go with the shaved ice though.
The meal portions are much too small for the price you pay, but the food tastes nice. Interior design is nice but the sofas looked dirty and the seats were cramped.I would only recommend the croffle

Ordered 2 bingsu and an iced matcha here.Whilst it’s not the business’s fault that the restaurant was really crowded and busy, the quality was not up to standards and did not meet my expectations considering that is almost £8 for shaved ice.Whilst the shaved ice was ok, but underwhelming. The iced matcha was not salvageable. From the moment I received the drink, there was matcha clumps all sank to the bottom of the cup and it was impossible to mix it myself or avoid the clump. (Sorry forgot to take pictures)I have only been here once and it has been a while since I last came here so hopefully the quality has improved since then.

It's a very small store. Please bear in mind that a wait for dine in.The service is 100% even the restaurant is busy and crowed most of time. The food is amazing. We had cheese tonkotsu rice and Oreo binsu. Both are delicious and a great portion. We also took away the croffle which is the best pastry I ever had.Would strongly recommend for such authentic Japanese/Korean little place.
