Went to meet friends that I haven't seen in a long time and this was such a great experience. Amazing food, drinks were great and our server, Lorraine, was incredible. With a DJ, it was a great atmosphere and we had a lot of fun!Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free options! I had the gluten free bacon and cheese burger and chips... It was amazing ?

Upon walking in to a booked table, was abruptly told under 18s aren’t allowed to stay in past 5pm, and effective tossed out in the rain. On a not busy, Thursday night. I feel like this should have been made clearer during the booking process as we now have nowhere to go for 2 hours before our war of the worlds experience.

Amazing service by Lorraine, who was quick to get us drinks and our food.Food was really nice and well worth the £35 we paid each for bottomless brunch. Will definitely be back again.Thank you, Lorraine and the team! :)

Went here for an office dinner on Wednesday night. It's a perfect venue for drinks and to dance. But it's a bad choice for office dinners as it's more of a club - dim lighting, strobes and disco, too loud music and so much noise that you can't even hear the person see next to you. Also unless you pre-order the drinks with the food, there is waiting at the bar to be served. My food was good but we had one waitress attending to our big table of 12. Few pre-ordered food dishes of my colleagues were mixed up, bacon was added to chicken dishes (few in our group have religious or dietary restrictions) and everyone's food didn't arrive at the same time. A colleague couldn't make childcare arrangements and had to bring her 2 year old along and it was not a good setting for the toddler either. Probably if I went with the intention to club, the review would have been more positive.

Disappointing cocktails and my brandy and coke didn’t taste like the brand I asked for and was offered (courvoisier). I would not visit again despite being on the doorstep of one of the most beautiful buildings in the UK.

I had a booking yesterday, I was 25 minutes late.. I was travelling on the Elizabeth line in which if you have heard recently the issues with that line!!! All in all due to being late I did call twice and left a voicemail. I was not even greeted at the door, had to find a member of staff who clearly looked like she didn’t want to be there.. she then brang the manager “Libby” who said we should have called that we were going to be late, which we did? Still preceeded that our table is gone? And told us they were a “full house” even though there were free tables. Absolute poor service!! I will never come here again!!!

Had to keep chasing our food as order was lost, (lots of people around us received, ate and left well after we had ordered) when it came out you could tell it was rushedThe atmosphere is ok There are plenty of tables.Staff are friendly and all round good just think they got a bit flustered when it got busy I would still give it a go again if I go back that way.

We were given vouchers for Christmas meal and we were celebrating 3 of the parties birthdays one of which was 60th. On arrival we ordered our food and drinks only to be told the vouchers weren't working on the till. After trying for ten minutes the server called the manager who tried them still to no avail. After standing there for about 45 minutes with no drinks or the food the Manager asked me "what do you want me to do about it, they won't go through the till" I suggested ringing Head Office which she begrudgingly did. We were told about 20 minutes later that it was a Head Office error, the wrong code was sent but they had now gone through. We asked when our food arrived whether we could have a complimentary drink to compensate for our wait and stress but was abruptly told by the Manager absolutely not. We left after our meal as we felt let down and did not want to spend our birthdays/money where we were made to feel so unwelcome. We will not be returning to any Slug & Lettuce in the future.
