What a fabulous new addition to Essex Road. Beautifully decorated and attentive staff. First class bread, pastries and coffee.

What a lovely! Environment and wonderful coffee! All of the best!

The BLT is great but sometimes not cooked enough, well often not. Fatty bacon needs to be cooked through so the white fat is no longer markedly white. It’s a delicious sandwich but half the time I have to chuck the bacon out as sometimes it’s just not cooked well enough. I don’t be want white fat..I want that fried and cooked through

I came in last Monday because I’d heard good things about this bakery and was pleasantly surprised - customer service was brilliant, such a welcoming place and coffee was really good. I was so impressed that I returned on Friday just gone, hoping for the same experience only to be let down. The staff seemed dismissive and just like they wanted to hurry me out the door with not so much as a smile. You should work on consistency because it really matters how people are treated no matter what day they decide to spend money in your place. Would have put 1 star if it wasn’t for the good service on Monday

My favorite place for coffee and lunch/treats! Everything is good, and there's such great energy from everyone who works there.

Considering starting a cult based around the hazelnut croissant.

No words for the Cruffin I had. This Tiramisu Cruffin is one of the best pastries I've had in a while. The croissant style outside was soft, flaky, puffy, smelt of butter, tasted of butter, and had just enough crisp/crunch on the outside.I'm already planning my next trip! The staff member who served us was super friendly and smiley too. That's always a massive bonus.

I've followed their story for years and count myself lucky that I live somewhat locally to it.This is easily the best artisan bakery in London, and wins points on originality and always having a really nice selection to choose from.Points go to the massive foaccia, lovely seasonal items and their sandwiches that have rescued a few weary heads.

Best coffee and sourdough I’ve ever had, no exaggerations. I just wish they did some vegan pastries!

This is a decent local bakery is the best in the area if you are around but it’s not worth a special trip. I went for an almond croissant which was okay but without any wow effect. It was moist inside and crispy but not too much outside with a classic frangipane feeling. The coffee tasted okay but the milk got discustignly

stunning food, the vietnamese vegan style sandwich is delicious. but £8.50 for a sandwich is a bit steep. other than that, fab!

Great bakery in N8. My partner and I love the N8 Sourdough loaf. They only use grain from ethically sourced sustainable farms, which is a huge plus for us.

I ordered online and collected three scrumptious loaves of bread from Sourdough Sophia. The team is extremely friendly, professional and polite. Happy to return for another round of artisan bread!
