Starbucks has a standard across the board so if you've been in one before they ard. much the same. The obvious thing that changes are the people. The staff here and service was good. Polite, friendly and efficient.

Not sure why but this place has been closing a lot earlier than their website advertises which is quite annoying when you’ve walked there to get a coffee. If you want to close early that’s fine but change your opening hours online so people don’t arrive expecting you to be open

Ordered 2 cappuccinos received 2 tasteless hot milk cups with no taste of coffee at all. Shop is relatively small and kind of to-go style

Very disappointing experience here. My friend and I went in and she ordered a Frappuccino which she enjoyed; however while she ordering I sat down on a chair to wait. A good 15-20 minutes later, after she received her drink, a member of staff came over ordering me stand up because “it was an outside chair”. I understand her need to tidy however she was rude and abrupt, clearly had no people skills. Clearly another customer had bought it in because there were only 2 chairs even designated for indoors; however she was impolite and rude. Very unprofessional and to be honest appalling customer service, particularly as I actually have medical issues which make standing really painful. I will not be returning and recommend you go elsewhere.
