When I went to Starbucks today. I was served by a very lovely and kind lady named Irish! She was extremely helpful, and friendly to me! She gives amazing customer service and she all round made my day! I strongly recommend this Starbucks as the environment in the shop was clean, the staff were friendly and the food tasted really good! 10 out of 10! Thank you! :)

Something has happened to the level of demands of Londoners. 10 years ago, Starbucks still had a vibe. At that time coffee and hot chocolate came in real cups and even looked the same as in the advertising pictures. This is still the case in Finland, for example.Now the service was busy and the coffee and food were delivered to the dirty table in cardboard and paper bags. Goodbye Christmas mood when the hot chocolate’s cream has flattened under the plastic lid.

They have several flies in there cakes area hovering all over the food and expect to have customers eat that. 0 hygiene. Got a full refund but the attitude of not even addressing is a joke.
