Sometimes I get a coffee at Starbucks and remember why I avoid it generally. Always surprised people are happy to pay ridiculous prices for sub-standard coffee with fancy names. Staff are nice though.

On Christmas Day, I really wanted a cup of coffee and wandered for about 20 minutes before stumbling upon a Starbucks! Turns out, Starbucks is open even on Christmas. With joy, I walked in to place my order, and a person named Jieun (I'm not sure if that's accurate) warmly greeted me in Korean. It was surprising and fascinating to hear Korean at a Starbucks in central London. She paid attention to small details and provided such kind service. It made my Christmas even happier. Sincerely grateful. I hope you live a healthy and happy life in London! ❤️

As card machine was broken, branch was only accepting card.However, they did not accept a Scottish Pound Sterling Bank Note on the basis that they did not consider it to be of equal value to a English Pound Sterling Bank Note.Even upon escalting to the Manager, they concurred with their colleague that a Scottish Pound Sterling Bank Note was of lesser value and refused to accept.Needless to say, this was humilating & frankly insulting.

Been here 3 times and each time they have gotten my order wrong. Is it a requirement to not listen for working here. Go somewhere else if you want to yet your actual order you paid for.

I keep returning to Starbucks and forgetting why I regretted it the last time. On this occasion I decided to try the Clotted Cream Fudge Ice Cold Brew and was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. Then after a few sips I realised it was nearly all gone and I was left with half a cup of ice. This is why I rarely go to Starbucks, their products are very poorly executed. Compared to “The Alley” where I grab my bubble tea, this place is amateur town. Starbucks is never consistently good, whereas the other establishment I just mentioned has a very high quality product and usually consistent thus worth the price. This branch of Starbucks was terrible, flies buzzing round the cold brew containers (which are pre-made and sitting on the counter) hardly appetising watching the person making my drink. The bins were full, counters messy and tables sticky. Really just avoid this place and grab a coffee somewhere else.

Such a nice place to have Starbucks, but the staff are so unwelcoming and unpleasant that we are not coming back. There's hundreds of other Starbucks around.

Keep coming that store 4 years I really like same stuff bad on off Chinese lady she really have 0 customers service she not nice at all when I come she don’t like to serve me and talking her language to her colleague and pointing with her finger to me and talking god knows what she never happy and I really like to report to the manager.Make me uncomfortable when I come and start look at me and talking different language to her college.
