Absolutely amazing lady behind the counter, 100% recommended ?

Unfortunately came across a very rude and disrespectful store manager called ‘Foxie’. First she was upset about me asking how long it’ll take as there was only one person behind the till who was taking a huge order from another customer (around 20 different drinks).They showed no empathy and didn’t even inform the customers in the queue what was going on.Then finally I ordered and paid.Whilst waiting another 10 mins I asked where my coffee was, the rude & discriminative store manager named ‘Foxie’ said the payment didn’t go through hence she didn’t receive the order.All in all they wasted around 15-20 mins of my time showing no empathy towards their customers.I am never going back to this store as long as ‘Foxie’ is around and will avoid Starbucks going forward.Posting her picture so other customers are warned.

Total bad experience customer service bad the people are arrogance I not recon and they don’t know how to work and they change the label from expired food with different label I never go back

Nice glass Starbucks cafe. The benches by the window have built-in charging sockets, there is WiFi and a toilet.

This is by far the absolute best Starbucks I have been too. No Starbucks in the U.S. or any other in the U.K. compares to the exceptional customer service given by the staff, the cleanliness of the establishment is immaculate. Honzi and Ilona are one of the most friendly faces in London.

Very welcoming Starbucks. Staff were very welcoming and patient with me as I couldn't get app to work as password wrong. Still I used my Starbucks card as they suggested and it worked. Most people aren't that patient!
