I ordered a pink coconut drink with less ice and when it got handed to me it was coconut milk shaked with ice and strawberries it had no strawberry açaí which it was supposed to but both the workers insisted that pink coconut did not have any açaí£6 literally thrown into trash

This Starbucks at the Broadway Hammersmith recently turned away a special needs woman, who needed to use the toilet! She was told it was for paying customs only! Shocking how dear you treat people like this, I meet this young woman outside very upset and in tears, I showed her where the centre public toilet were but was appalled at the response of Starbucks staff. In the future I will no long perchance my coffee from this Starbucks. At the Broadway Hammersmith.

Awful. The barista Celia is rude and consistently makes my drinks wrong. I have a dairy allergy and told her this yet received a semi skimmed latte that made me unwell after a few sips. And today I think my coffee was decaf which I didn’t ask for. I’m not sure - the label was handwritten.Dietary restrictions: They gave me cows milk when I asked for oat…which I’m allergic to

Not great customer service, we were denied a cup of ice water on a very hot day because they were “running low”. Staff not very friendly

never ever had such a bad experience, staff served croissant from the box which has label 29/05, when i saw i just click the picture to forward it to health and food safety department so they can come and enquire, i paid for my food and in return i was served expired food, also there was no customer dignity, when i was on till ,no customer greetings aggitately spoke my name and was incorrect i feel so ashamed and disrespect. I hope manager know whats going on in their store or if manager also involved then the area manager should know about whats going on in their absence. Its not fair to our human life to serve expired food?
