A shout out to one of the staff members! My coffee was originally made incorrectly and a super sweet server, Alex, went and remade it and brought it back to my table. I was also visibly upset about something that had happened earlier in my day, and she was really kind about trying to make me feel better :)

Absolutely awful service. Was the only person standing at the counter, waiting to be served for several minutes. Staff were behind it but chatting amongst themselves. Gave up and went to another coffee shop nearby where they can actually be bothered to serve you.

We had a blast in starbucks as we met Agatha, who served us today with her recommendations. Got great drinks and we spent our time well chatting with friends in a good atmosphere Starbucks. Not crowded and plenty of space in the basement. Will be coming back when she's there!
Went above and beyond for service, drinks came out fast. Nice seating area below. Overall very pleasant experience for us. Salted maple caramel very good

Employees have no clue what is going on or how to make drinks or treat customers. They took my order without telling me they were out of something and then presented me with the wrong drink saying it was what I ordered..They are out of many things. They dont any of the cold foam creams, or the toppings for most of the drinks it seems.Go to one down the road.Looks like they need a better management team

Great for a quick bite after visiting the British Museum, there's some seating downstairs with a long queue for the toilet - luckily there are two separate toilet cubicles and it was surprisingly clean.

Visited this Starbucks today as soon as it had opened. Ordered a flat white to have in but was only offered a paper cup. Asked to use the customer toilets and was told they were locked. I asked if they could open them for my daughter and after some huffing and mumbling a reluctant staff member unlocked them. The toilets were filthy dirty and clearly had not been cleaned. There was toilet paper and discarded loo roll tubes all over the floor plus water and puddles. The hand sink was dirty and there was no soap.
