The coffee server (woman with short curly brown hair) had poor, unclear pronunciation of names, and was unnecessarily rude when I misheard my name. It was not a busy shop (only 1 other customer waiting) so it can’t even be attributed to stress.Been picking up coffee from here for a while on way to work, however will now bring my business to one of the many other coffee shops in the area.

I ordered an eggnog latte and was quite shocked to hear the woman making it say quite loudly "this should be banned.. It's disgusting!"I mentioned that she should maybe be more aware of what she says and how her voice carries, to which she replied she didn't care.Raisa is her name and she has a terrible attitude. Also more interested in her phone than paying customers.

We got something we did not order, the toilets were closed for whatever reason and the entrance was kept open. Probably one of the most mediocre Starbucks in London. Go to Pret or Joe and the Juice
Renata is simply the best! I visit almost every morning and let me tell you from the moment you enter to the moment you leave, you know who is in charge there. All the team is lovely and welcoming but this morning she was not there and you can sense the energy is not the same.
