Possibly the slowest service I've experienced in a Starbucks.\\n\\nThere were six (6!) Members of staff behind the till, only one serving - who was the least interested and nonplussed staff member I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with.\\n\\nThe other 5 staff proceeded to chat together while my 'barista' bantered with his mates. Time is a pretty important facor at a store at a train station

Quick and polite. Only dislike is the price

My partner and I went in there with 15 minutes before we needed to get to the platform to get our train. He actually said to me \\\"are you sure we have enought time\\\" and I reassured him, it's a major chain that specialises in coffee, and it's not busy at all, I'm sure we can get two drinks in 15 minutes. Man was I wrong...or was I?\\n\\nThe cashier was very polite, took our order and passed it over to the drinks maker, who has become my enemy for the day. She made his drink, but mine? Nah forget that. I don't know why but the cup filled with ice and milk that was right under her nose - with my order written on it, didn't seem to phase her at all because she made everyone else's order but not mine. We got to a push and my partner asked about my drink, the friendly cashing prompted the maker, who saw the cup and did...nothing. I'm assuming this is her special skill because she's very good at it.\\n\\nI think figured we were going to miss out train, and I decided I don't want the drink anymore, the drinks maker just picked up the cup and unabashedly poured the milk down the drain, because who cares about wastage right?\\n\\nThe friendly cashier ashes the manager on shift to process the refund, and would you believe it, she didn't fancy apologising at all. Fair enough, I wouldn't want to talk to me either.\\n\\nIf that cashier sees this, honestly my guy, get out of that branch, you deserve better.\\nThe two ladies you were working with today, didn't seem to care about mugging me off, so I guess this isn't the first time they've done it. If y'all don't care about service you won't care about reviews

Went in this Starbucks today the two girls serving didn’t look like they wanted to be there. No smiles, looked very miserable. The sausage bap I had was obviously warmed up too much as the bap was as hard as a rock round the edges, I found it very over priced for what I had £7 for a small skinny latte and a sausage in a bap.

Great service. Served by a young Man called Kai. Very upbeat and chatty. Cafe reasonable clean. Our table was wonky Kai sorted it out.

What a joke of a starbucks, firstly the staff are as unprofessional as they come, with open mouth "bantering" and laughing. Secondly, a member of staff tried to sell me a SMALL caramel frappucino for £4.10, yes FOUR POUND AND TEN PENCE, I would report her if I wasnt in a rush at the time. Pathetic, just go to any other station for a coffee from Starbucks and avoid this one at all times.

Was a tad busy but still retained a relaxed atmosphere. Great for a pre train coffee

Queue far too long in rush hour. Only one person serving. Inadequately staffed and they got my order wrong.

Nice coffee shop, it's located in the station near the rear entrance. Staff are always happy to help and they have plug sockets scattered around with comfortable chairs conveniently placed near power points. You can also sit outside the shop if you like.

Appalling. Dirty despite not being busy and 4/5 staff floating around dragging their feet. Didn't know you could bring your own food here.. stinks of sushi/fish.
