Very cosy vybe. Was very stressed and the McDonald was under construction but I managed to come into this Starbucks and have a caramel frappuccino and lemon&chia seeds muffin. Was very delicious and helped cool me down :) barista was friendly tooKid-friendliness: Comfy chairs and sofas to sit, and yummy snacks.Wheelchair accessibility: Door was on ground level from what I remember

Popped into the drive through for a coffee and something to eat, however the menu for the food needs to be BEFORE the order point as I couldn't see the menu

Went to Starbucks Drive-Thru Beckton Gateway, did not see any sign where to place order, or any microphone, got to window, was told I had to park up and go into store to place order. Woman smirked at me, did not care. Bad service, bad attitude. I'm disabled so should not have to get out and go into store to make and collect an order when it's a drive drive-thru. They should put clear signs, and should have taken my order and brought it out to me in the car park. Horrible service at Starbucks Drive-Thru Beckton Gateway. I will be complaining to the Starbucks Head Office about this.

It’s almost like they are doing you a favour.If the drink is wrong, or if the drink is cold, then they have an attitude

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to! The staff is lying to your face. The product I asked for they said that they don’t have it and never had it, just to see the person in front of me getting what I asked for and them saying that never had it. When I called them out I was told that what I asked for is not for my drink and that’s why they can’t give it to me. And this didn’t happen once, it happen numerous times, if you go 5 times a day you are told 5 different lies if they don’t want to give you what you asked for. I emailed their customer service each time and the reply to my last email was that the shop manager or general manager will contact me as I did mention that I will take it further.I was never confacted by none of them. Now I understand why the staff issue, it starts from higher management who seems that lie as well.

Disappointed with the service. The place was understaffed leading to dirty tables. Staff appear to need more training, and there seems to be high turnover as they don’t last more than a few days. This inconsistency is evident in the drinking quality as well.
