The employees were amazing, friendly and helpful! The rooms were tiny, no dressers so we had to keep our clothes in our suitcases for 7 days. No laundry service on the weekends; very busy

The staff is very good and smiling.It's great to have restaurants in the hotel, as you can eat after a show in the theaters around.Nearby activities: The hotel is well situated, in Covent Garden area and near Soho.It's very central, and it's easy to find good restaurants around. You can walk and go easily ton northern areas like Marylebone, Trafalgar square and Picadilly circus.

The bathroom doesn't have a door. Think before booking. A lot of things like the soap dispenser, the electric kettle didn't work. No response from the reception even after calling multiple times.
Great hotel, I stayed there alone for a weekend and great!! Nothing to say, the room was perfect, neither too small nor too large for one person and VERY clean!I really recommend this hotel, the location allows you to do a lot of things on foot, it's great.Super welcoming and very professional staff.
