If there was an option to give no stars I would give that. The staff are very rude and do not listen when you are taking an order and do not probe meat to make sure it is above 75 degrees after it has been put in the microwave as that is food safety standards. Staff need to improve their attitude and go over basic training again.

I ordered 2 x footlong sandwiches. They were very minimal with the salad portions, and even though it was toasted, the cheese & salamis/pepperoni were cold in both.

There’s a lady there’s she’s very sweet looked very new and forgot to charge me extra but a man called Iqbal cake and shouted at her to charge extra I just found that rude but the women was very sweet

The person serving is a very rude man. He treated 2 customers in a bad way. He was annoyed with a lady that didn't pronounce correctly the name of a sauce and treated her with much disrespect.

Visited on Saturday 10th Sep. This place should be called Slackway not Subway. It was 8pm when I went in to buy food but was informed that they are not serving, I’m not quite sure why, as the store was advertised to shut at 9pm. Poor service at this place, led by donkeys!

Sadly this isn't as good as the subway opposite Yates in the high street. Bread always seems over toasted and they try to be tight on the fillings. Service is fine but need to provide a better quality product.

Only gave 1 star because you could not give 0 stars.Order arrived wrong, missing cookie and wrong drink, then the icing on the cake is I found a long blonde hair in my sub.Will not be using ever again it was absolutely disgraceful.
