Only one staff member to handle 7-8 orders. My order took 15 minutes because of long queue. No napkins or cutlery kept outside the counter. Asked for tissue got a single one! No seating place as well just 2 tables which were already taken.

There's a reason why in the middle of the city there was only one person ahead of me in the lunch "queue" when everywhere else was mobbed. Wish I'd heeded the warning. Service was a bit all over the place, seems to be training folk hence I've given 3 stars. Biggest issue though was the meatball marinara was awful. It was essentially meatballs washed in marinara flavoured water. No sauce to speak of left the sub dry and not good. Lots of cross ingredient contamination too. Threw half of it away. Been to loads of subways and never had an issue till today.

Wow...whilst I've not been to a subway in a while, I didn't think it would be this bad. Before u could say which veg u wanted, apparently this place only add the toppings as stated for that sandwich. And boy were they stingie with the veg portions.The worst thing is the when I asked for the bread she dropped it and put it back in the same place as the other breads. She did get a new sub but who knows if that's been dropped as well.Staff were not very friendly and atmosphere was like a funeral.Will I come back? Only if my funeral was being held there!!!

I asked for a big breakwich footlong which was advertised on 4 posters in the shop. The guy serving hadn’t heard of it and looked at me as if I was making it up. He then had to read the poster to find which ingredients to put in. They didn’t have half of the ingredients to put in the sandwich so I just asked for extra of what they did have to make up for it. He gave me the smallest amount of each item. Half the salad tubs were empty and I asked for a meal deal which I discovered when I got back to work that he didn’t put the cookie in the bag. Also the carbonated drink was just fizzy water with absolutely no cola zero taste at all. Won’t be using this place again.

Terrible service and tiny portions. I went today and the guy behind the counter hardly spoke English and had no clue what he was doing. Very poor service and he made sure to put as lilltle of each ingredients as possible. They must be trained to do this. Worst subway I've ever been to.

Popped in for my usual Subway today 11:30am 07-12-2023 at Devonshire Square (nr Liverpool St) and was served by a very polite and kind man. Just wanted to put a good word in for him. :)

Worst Subway I've ever been to. Only one staff member to serve, and he didnt have a clue. Out of loads of food and Pepsi max was so watered down there was no carbonation left in it.Absolutely disgusted.

Misconduct with subway rewards pointEmployee name he told me ali if it’s correct, and alone at storeVisiting date 19 October 2023Time Around 6-6:30pmI checked he is doing misconduct with subway rewards pointsAs he was scanning reward point in his personal mobile application if customer is not asking for scanning and did not give receipt because he already store points in his mobile and try to send back from counter and avoid the situation and serve next customer , i noticed every thing in front of my eyes as he was alone at store.And everything is stored your cctv camara as wellI politely ask why you are doing that. i will do complain online but I was more surprised after he told me “i am waiting for my complaint.”He try to call manager for that time because i want to talk but manager was not picked up call of their employeeLet us know what subway take action for this misconduct after investigation.Regards.
