Sushi Bars in London

“This is a little gem in SE18 that serves excellent sushi, with fine quality comparable to those in Vancouver, Canada. The rice is fresh, perfectly cooked, and combined with a perfect balance of filling. Both my husband and I really enjoyed our takeaway, we will be back for more.”

“I’ve been to Yama Momo a few times and I would highly recommend the volcano roll. It is definitely the best thing on the menu . Everything else was also delicious but the volcano roll is what stands out. The lychee martini is a good go to cocktail as well. Food is good but I would say it’s pretty expensive.”

“The vegan poke bowl is SO good. Tasty, filled to the brim with nutritious, delicious foods and so substantial (I had standard, not large). I would come again, and highly recommend to anyone looking for a lunch bowl!Dietary restrictions: Good vegan options”

“We went for the tasting menu offered at £60pp and I was hoping for more. We were greeted with a bowl of edamame beans and we ordered oolong tea to compliment the meal. It started with the cold platter selection which was 3 types of sashimi (one piece each), california roll (2 pc each) and beef tataki (2 pc each). Delicious but portions were tiny! The hot platter which had the salt and pepper squid, chicken karaage and pork gyozas were the star of the show! It was healthy portions with 3 different dipping sauces. The mains, I was disappointed with. My partner ordered they flamed beef fillet, with a disappointing 5 pieces which on the 'Robata Large' menu goes for £28. I ordered the black cod which was a tiny portion and normally offered at £32. The dish would have made the world of a difference if it came with some rice or noodles.Delicious food but a few added carbs to the mains would have made it 5 stars for me.”

“Really nice food and a great price. If it's busy it takes a while for them to make the sushi but I think it's worth the wait. The staff could be kinder though. I would definitely go again”

“They say that the Asian-inspired menu is under 500 calories. It has a lovely fresh character. Noodles and fresh vegetables are the base of most dishes. Add in com chicken dumplings and you have the basis of a healthy meal.Downside here is they do not have a toilet. I guess they are catering for the nearby office crowd.”
