Good food with distinctive African aroma which can be off-putting unless one is used to of diverse food range.

I never had a good impression of this restaurant…because my order came 2 times wrong!first time was completely wrong…and i thought give it another chance…and ordered literally same like the night before…and the nigerian Fuu and the drink was right but the main dish was wrong!!! i ordered fish and got meat…i cant and dont eat meat and thats a problem for me.please next time make sure you check your order right and double check if its needed…thanks.

I love the music and the ambience! The place needs a bit more decoration and waiters. You can help them patronize their business too.Parking: For me, to enjoy any of my outings, especially evenings, I take public transportation to and fro so that I am well relaxed and less worried about my vehicle or parking issues. Pls this is my own preference.

This is a nice African eatery tucked right behind Woolich Arsenal Station. They serve good nigerian food that makes you feel like you did the cooking yourself.Very nice and simple surroundings. Will definitely visit again.

Food was very average. I ordered off of Uber eats and the meat/fish pies and puff puff came soggy and cold. The rice tasted slightly undercooked and extremely lacking of flavour and spices. The carrots were undercooked and plantain was undercooked. The chicken was again average and lacking of flavour.I wouldn’t eat food from here again.

I am convinced the chef is not of Nigerian extract. I ordered jollof rice to eat in and immediately told the staff the food was dry and tasteless. The fish and 2 plantains were the only saving grace.otherwise No flavour. For those who know Nigerian cuisine, flavours are the order of the day. My takeaway isiewu and suya suffered the same fate. No taste of the spices.. what a waste of money. Other service was ok, staff were reasonably attentive but clearly eager to start heading home, drinks were ok but whiskey ran out after one person in our party asked for 2 shots.. overall, I was not impressed and felt conned by the excellent reviews I had seen on Google which made me venture out to thamesmead with some friends.

Don’t even bother. I ordered abula from them for 16 pounds! When it came the bowl was half full. I proceeded to call the restaurant and make a complaint and was spoken to by an uneducated woman with no understanding of good customer service. She was defensive rude and honestly didn’t even care. She then proceeded to hang up on me. Crazy

Really enjoyed this place. Friendly person who served us and helped us navigate the menu as we hadn't eaten Nigerian before. The jolof rice is tasty, but beef was a little tough so next time I'll try the chicken one. Relaxed, good vibes.

I've been to this fantastic place 3 times in the past 5 weeks. A great food, cosy ambience and great staff.Best to come after 1830 because of parking which is at a premium before this time or come on the tube. Last resort go to tesco and enjoy 3 hours parking.I assure you though, you won't taste better any where else. Give it a try.
