Great produce, nice staff, but I really don't think a £5 minimum card spend policy is appropriate during a pandemic when everyone is being encouraged not to use cash.

Been there twice and both times the fruits I've baught has been rotten. First time I baught a watermelon and a honeydew melon. I cut them open right away when I got home and both were rotten. Second time I baught a bag of apples that looked just fine on the outside but were brown on the inside and tasted rotten. All the fruits looked fine on the outside but were really bad on the inside. I'll probably not go there again I'm afraid. At least not to buy fresh fruit.

Fantastic shop. The fresh fruit and veg is fab, but the refill station really is second to none. Pulses, grains, cerals, dried fruit, nuts, spices and more ? Such good value too - definitely the cheapest refill prices I've come across. Staff are super friendly too and always have a nice chat with you when you're there

Friendly, helpful and really high quality. Their collection service has seen me through most of 2020, the strangest year ever, especially as in addition to fruit and veg, they sell health foods, dairy products, oils, grains, nuts and delicious humous. Now that I'm back to visiting the shop, I enjoy the choice, the quality, and above all the kindness even more. Highly recommended: a Crouch End star.

Absolutely DISGUSTING! The worker dropped a few fruits onto the pavement on the road and simply picked it up and put it back into the box’s with uncontaminated fruits. The pavement where we walk on with our shoes, the pavement where people spit, the pavement where dogs urinate, the pavements that are never cleaned. I understand you wash your fruits before consuming them but that is just unacceptable. Who’s to say what else they do behind the curtains. Will make sure I can keep all my family members away.
