The glasses of coffee were small, like the things you get a sample of beer in in a craft beer pub and it needed a sugar to kill the bitterness of the coffee, but it wasn’t bad and we would go there again, if it is ever open again. The highlight though was the free bread! It was shutting as soon as we got in there and the bill handed to us with a 10 minute warning, but the server then informed us to ‘take some bread when you go’. This confused us but after clarifying we were indeed asked to take a free loaf and a couple of Pain au Chocolates as they would get thrown away. We left with two Sough-dough loafs in the end. This definitely gave TDKB an extra star on the rating!

Delish sarnies, coffees & pastries ?☕️? Warm, friendly service.Just like their place in Dalston, it gets pretty busy on weekends, but worth queuing for. Will be coming back one evening for pizza! ?

Came as a long-standing customer of the Dalston bakery. Left as a disgruntled reviewer who will NOT be returning to Haringey for pizza.A supposed issue with the oven - though it later became a dough problem, I guess we will never know - resulted in four pizzas only appearing after over an hour. Although one that came was not as we had ordered, we opted in favour of keeping it for fear that the offered replacement would never appear - or perhaps in a few years. Oddly, takeaway pizzas seemed to be flying across the restaurant. To top it off, one member of staff was particularly abrasive, seemingly unconcerned by the absence of any food and the dwindling number of guests. We were only offered that the incorrect pizza be removed from the bill by way of apology (by a different member of staff, of course). However little would make up for what we had undergone that evening…

I’ve eaten at their venue before and their food and products are great.I ordered some pizza, 90 mins ahead the requested slot, with them tonight but the order was cancelled without notice or confirmation.I understand DK is still at a smaller end of the scale but you should work on your value proposition: c.£7/8 for delivery within a 2 mile radius and no comms (email/SMS/ or phone number to call). It’s also still unclear where a refund will be processed.

Don't expect neapolitan pizza. It is not and it doesn't claim to be. The dough is different but very tasty in its own right. The ingredients seemed very high quality, especially the oil. We ordered one of the specialty pizzas with a citric flavour: very original! Would definitely recommend!Kid-friendliness: They accommodated a large buggy, plus there's baby changing in the bathroom

Overpriced breakfast for a cappuccino in a normal water glass and frozen pastries, they also apply service charge .

Went in for a starter and pizza Sunday night. Instant good vibe from the greeting and ongoing friendly service. The starter was a battered brocoli like a tempura but with a middle-eastern sauce with lemon, honey and chilli. The pizzas were excellent with sourdough bases handmade from the bakery and fresh ingredients. Lots of interesting crossover dishes on the menu and good local beer.Very welcoming, easy-going atmosphere and will definitely return.

Despite no one waiting for coffee or food, it still took staff 15 mins to make my coffee, I was waiting for a latte to take away. In the meantime they gossiped about Thier love lives while standing around. The coffee itself isn't great, and tiny for the price. I'd recommend abraco on the other side of the road for a much warmer welcome, and better coffee.

Great bacon buttie on sour dough bread and good selection of drinks. Very busy and had to wait for a table, but it was worthwhile. Excellent service.

Best neighbourhood spot with the friendliest, coolest staff who give you free bread at the end of the day if you're lucky! Egg chilli cheese is my all time favourite weekend cure. 100% reliable satisfaction every time. Beats the OG in Dalston even.

Had a couple of vegan sandwiches for lunch today with my wife. They were extremely tasty and well presented. Really friendly staff. Highly recommend.
