In the garden restaurant in the hotel Corinthia, there is a shed and a stove with lamps to keep you warm when dining in winter. The risotto is delicious and has a strong taste. The staff will cut the cheese and black pepper freshly. It is very suitable for sharing with many people. The pizza is average and has pistachios. The brûlée is very fragrant and dense. We had a great birthday here.

We go to Corinthia every time we’re in London, whether it be a hotel stay there or a restaurant visit. As we were celebrating my birthday we planned our entire trip and decided that we wanted to go to The Garden, as we’ve tried all the other Corinthia restaurants, and wanted to experience them all. We walked in and were warmly greeted by the staff and sat down immediately. We had a lovely spot, right near a heater, and were promptly given menus. We were also given a small aperitif, which was a lovely gesture before dinner. As we’d made the booking early evening at 6:30 we asked if we could wait sometime before ordering and they were more than happy to let us sit and soak in the atmosphere. We, admittedly, did have our reservations about The Garden purely because we hadn’t tried it before and were very much creatures of habit and stick to what we like but it’s like entering a secret garden! The atmosphere is so calm and feel like you’re in a world away way away from London, in the nicest possible way. We ordered and I had the soup for starter and my husband had the smoked cheese, both which did not disappoint. I asked if they could do one of their pizzas without the smoked bacon, therefore would be a Crème Fraiche, Wild Mushroom & Thyme pizza, which they happily said yes to and my husband had the Sourdough, Truffled Telaggio & Aubergine Toastie followed by Crème Brûlée for dessert. The food was delicious and very pleased that they made allowances for me being vegetarian. I highly recommend The Garden. Even if cold, they provide blankets, and is the perfect, cosy spot for a romantic dinner. I want to go back!

We really enjoyed our dinner at the Garden restaurant at the Corinthia hotel. I loved the outside covered area with fireplace and additional heaters. The setting was very private and intimate. The food and the service were fantastic.

My Wife and I wanted a nice venue for our Boxing day evening meal that would accept our two small dogs so we booked The Garden. As it’s effectively an outside space between buildings I was slightly concerned that it would be a little ‘agricultural’ but we’d been assured when booking that every step would be taken to keep us comfortable. It didn’t disappoint. The way the room is set up was charming and we had a great spot by the fire where the dogs were given a blanket. Our chairs had sheepskin covers and blankets were also available. Heating was provided by mobile overhead heaters and was warm enough to discard a heavy overcoat and wear a jacket. Staff in the restaurant were very attentive and the food was excellent, each course nicely timed, and drinks efficiently replenished. It’s a great use of the space and we’d be happy to return. The only negative was when we chose to have our coffee in the main lounge. It’s a beautiful building and room so we wanted to take advantage of those surroundings. Unfortunately the staff member out there was very engaged chatting to a group nearby so after waiting more than 5 minutes, we decided that we’d put our coats on to leave. It was only then that she came to take our order, which we declined. A disappointing end to a great night. It’s worth pointing out that if you want the full experience of entering this beautiful Hotel you should approach from Whitehall Place and not Northumberland Avenue as we did, and it felt a little like the back door.

Had a lovely meal in The Garden, lovely atmosphere and food was lovely. May have been my error but when booking I didn’t realise it was a cigar lounge and people can smoke cigars and cigarettes at the table. This was really unpleasant while eating our meal, as a pregnant non-smoker especially. This put a dampener on what was otherwise a lovely meal. Beautiful setting, so cosy.

Extremely overpriced especially for portion size! My waiter Joe was so professional and so lovely, he is the reason I enjoyed and remember my experience when I dined at the restaurant - keep up the good work Joe :)

A wonderful evening at a beautiful restaurant. The staff were very welcoming and provided perfect service. Menu was excellent and portions proved to be very good. Our dogs were also made very welcome and given a blanket next to the fire. A thoroughly enjoyable experience!

A cozy and inviting French patisserie with an array of delectable pastries. From buttery croissants to elegant tarts, the sweets were a delight. The charming ambiance and delightful treats made it a perfect spot for a sweet escape.

A group of four of us have lunch every month at different London hotels and The Garden at the Corinthia was one of our favourites. The entrance to the hotel is calm and elegant. It was a little difficult to find the entrance to the Garden, but having asked the directions were clear. The location of the Garden is a central courtyard which feels both indoors and outdoors simultaneously. It is richly decorated and looks sumptuous. We had a table right next to the kitchen and whilst we got a glimpse, there was no aroma and we never once heard any noise from there. The service was impeccable and was as good as, if not better than any other five star hotel restaurant we’ve tried. The food was great, tasty and imaginative. The menu isn’t haut cuisine (that’s not a criticism) but it’s much better than many hotel restaurants that have predictable international and safe menu. It was perfect for an interesting, creative choice of dishes, perfectly cooked. My only criticism would be the lack of choice for dessert.Overall a great experience and one that I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Excellent service and very tasty food. We had the risotto and the rib eye, both excellent. I noticed that the pool weight stuff needed to deal with some very annoying people. The table next to us seemed to think they could come to an evening booking but only order dessert. The waiter (Neil) was politely trying to explain to them that if they only want to eat dessert they would have to cut short their booking time, and release the table. but they did not seem to comprehend this. Then on another table a fellow rudely asked, Is this the invisible section? He wasn't being served because his wife had gone to the bathroom or somewhere and waitstaff normally only come to take a tables order when both parties are present. But instead of politely asking could somebody take his order now, He made a sarcastic remark. I was impressed with the staffs professionalism. They were lovely with us! We've been 3 times now and experienced the same great service and food.

I booked this restaurant on TheFork to eat a dessert and when I got there I was told that I had to have a main course, even though it wasn't indicated on TheFork or on their website. I had to negotiate for a few minutes before they accepted my entry into the restaurant. And finally, when I left, they didn't apply my TheFork discount, so I had to ask for it back.Apart from these negative points, the service is good, the produce is fresh and the decor is pleasant. I would still recommend it.
