Took a super long time to give the order to the Uber driver and then when it arrived, half the order was missing. Never ordering from here again.

I visited The Halal Guys on Earls Court Road to try their food, but unfortunately, it fell short. While the meat and sauce were enjoyable, the rice was a letdown—undercooked and overly hard. Regrettably, this experience, coupled with subpar customer service, doesn't leave me inclined to return.

Second night in a row i got take out. The first night the supervisor kept yelling at the person making my food. Tonight, they were out of rice tonight and i opted to wait until it was made. They said they would call me. When the rice was ready they helped all their friends and several large groups were served before me. It took me 45 minutes to get my food. A lackluster apology after ringing me up. Worst service.

Dreadful, really dreadful, OK food but their delivery time estimates are terrible took over an hour to prepare my food, never eating from this place again, there are plenty of other good options in the area.
Delivery order is never ready on time. Always extreme delay . Waste of money . Should never order from this lazy staff .

First time having lunch here. Chicken is flavourful, chilli sauce packs a punch and rice is perfect! Staff are very friendly. Small menu but is satisfying and varied.
