Great location. Friendly service. Unfortunately food is really not good.

Do your self a favor and don’t get scammed here.

Fantastic food, however, the waiters never smiled, we almost felt like we were 'in their way', very sad as the chef did such beautiful crépes.

Not the best coffee, but crepes are

Food was very average! Avocado on “Sourdough” bread was squidgy and tasted funny. The coffee was good, service was nice and of course location is all.

As far as cafeterias go in a tourist haven, this place was good. I abhor savoury crepes so had their tuna sweetcorn panini. A pity it came with chips (as most places serve). I would have been happy with a lovely dressed side salad. Then again I am being pedantic. They did not rush me. Service was pleasant and efficient. Keep it up!

We stopped at this place after visiting the natural history museum. Excellent welcome, prices normal for London.

The quality of the crepes here are mediocre are best. In my opinion, crepeaffaire does far better crepes. Go there instead.

Dark first was delicious. I wish they put crème in them but maybe that’s more of an American thing to do. Crepe was authentic and warm with the berries and Nutella tucked away inside. Fun atmosphere and beautiful location.

We had 2 crepes and a diet Coke which came to £22!! Definitely not worth it the crepes weren't all that special for the price definitely look else where!

Horrible place. The most awkward, unfriendly staff I've ever encountered. Add to that a case of food poisoning and you have the worst crepe place on planet Earth.

Well, fine and sunny, but bitterly cold. Glad to get into the warm. An Americano with cold milk to thaw my hands. Then a fine ciabatta with smoked salmon, cream cheese and avocado. Oh and Cold Chips! The Chips were swiftly replaced. Good service, which preserved the fifth star. And Gelato at Vechi opposite (see separate review). Hayling Seagoon

Terrible service and food. when I complained about the food I couldn't eat it and returned it. I had to order an alternative and they didn't even discount/ void the first one. Terrible terrible. I think they just prey on tourists who won't ever be able to return. Even though I'm not a tourist and was born in London. I used to come here often under previous management but will never return again.

Food was delicious, smoothies were yummy, location was convenient. However, the service let this place down massively and I certainly would not recommend anyone visiting. Firstly, our plates were taken before one of our party had finished eating; we were not asked if we had finished or if we had enjoyed our meal but instead the plates were just whisked away. Secondly, we were queuing to pay and a staff member rudely shouted 'move' at. Not 'excuse me' or 'please' and 'thank you'; he just barked 'move' at us despite there clearly being nowhere to actually move to. Having worked in hospitality I understand it can be stressful when busy but that does not excuse such rudeness to customers particularly when they have been polite.

Average at best. Chicken ceasar salad was nothing special. The chicken pesto ciabatta was dry and a bit bland. My son enjoyed the strawberry and Nutella waffles. Crêpes were ok. In my opinion the place is overpriced and it's also worth noting that there's a 12.5% service charge.
