Food is okay, but nothing special. Everything is ordered and paid for online. Therefore, the service staff is unfortunately rather unmotivated. The store scores particularly well with its ambience. Prices are absolutely fair. So in the end the price/performance ratio is right.

Excellent place, great and delicious food close to the Tower of London. Really nice beers so, you must go there if you are walking around!

Food and services from boh and foh was absolute splendid, calmly resolved an issue when a few drinks ordered didn’t arrive after 20mins. An absolute shame from the brown Indian security guard however. Approached both me and my date with a very disrespectful, angry and aggressive manner upon first ever interaction. Both of us left at the end of our date feeling bitter and displeased. Such a lovely date and night ruined, all because of a security guard with whom clearly has anger issues.

Another great and very reasonably priced atmospheric pub in a great location!

Unfortunately, waiting more than 40 minutes for food is absolutely bad. The staff has no idea who has ordered what. Poor communication of orders and deliveries. Thank you, but not this anymore. Disappointment. I do not recommend.

Terrible food, chewy, inedible haloumi, worst pizza I have tasted anywhere, had to leave it after 2 bites, a first for me. Think it gave me an upset stomach for a couple of says thereafter. Took me ages to find someone to seat me at a table, until I approached the bar and met a nice fellow who guided me. I think they cash in on their excellent location, but the food is the worst I've eaten in London.

Food was good. Hot drinks not so.... had to hunt around every machine to find one that actually had hot chocolate in it and didn't just poor out milk and water.lady behind the bar had no clue what she was doing (may have been new) but other guy was very helpful.Food came quick and was tasty and hot.Great for a cheap breakfast/drink

Restaurant from the Wheterspoons chain, with the same menu as the rest of the chain's pubs. Very well located (across from the Tower of London), and with a good pub atmosphere. When we went they didn't play music, and they didn't have any more fish and chips (it was 4.30pm).
