This was my first visit to this pub, and it won't be my last. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They have a large selection of beers at reasonable prices, and the menu had a large variety of dishes. The Gents toilets are down stairs and they were very clean and tidy. There is a large outdoor garden as well. I will certainly come here again and enjoy an afternoon drink and a meal. Well done to the Old Red Lion pub and all the staff. 10 out of 10 ??

This is a gay friendly pub near Kennington tube station. I like the decor of it. It is friendly, with competitive prices. Even though I haven't had anything to eat here, I could see their roast dinners are absolutely huge. Maybe I will try some day. It has a beer garden at the back but unfortunately it was a cold, miserable day and I didn't get to enjoy itParking: Central location. Difficult to find parking.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs to entrance to entrance but there are stairs to the toilets. Perhaps there is a disabled toilet on ground floor but I didn't see one. Check with management.

Went in for Sunday lunch with friends. It was delicious, the staff were really friendly too. Between us we had the pork, chicken and beef - all great. The sides were great too with plenty of gravy. Definitely going back!

2 plates of nacho costing 28 pounds with bare minimum of topping and no cheese. We asked the lovely barman if he could ask the chef for some cheese . The chef refused to add any cheese even there was no cheese on topping. A very big rip off and a rude arrogant chef. Need new chef !!

Authentic british pub, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, the food was delicious and filling. We had a great time there. Unfortunately the second time we arrived a bit late, and the kitchen was already closed. (8pm)

The biggest plus they have the garden space with heaters. It’s wonderful!!And that they are pet friendly :)there arent a lot of food options and the garden closes at 10There are a lot of loud 18-19 year-olds sometimes but overall a nice place.

We went for a Sunday Roast yesterday, and after one hour waiting for our meal, we found out how small the new portions are and hardly any vegetables. Yorkshire puddings didn't seem freshly made but from either a pack or frozen. They don't even make Bloody Mary's anymore on a Sunday (?) and when we asked for horseradish sauce, we got a half mini cup to share.Unsure if there have been some changes but this is not what it used to be.Feedback written with positive intent because if we don't share our thoughts, you won't know how the customers are feeling.

So far one of the best Sunday roasts ever had in London. Great service and super nice people, well done to the chef ?

I have fond memories of this place, however, unfortunately, it feels like a pub that is on its last legs or running out of money. They accepted our 12 person booking for a meal but when we arrived we found out the kitchen only had 1 member of staff, in his second day on the job + more than half the beer taps were off + some of the menu was unavailable. The beer fridges were also mostly empty. Food was really delayed and it took ages for staff to clear our table. The interior of the pub is still nice and the few staff available were polite, but they were overrun and not proactive.
