The cafe is lovely and in a great location, the staff are nice but the average wait time to get your order is between 15-20 mins every time I have visited. I admit it’s busy on weekends but the wait time ruins the experience.

Overall great, only criticism is extortionate prices. Nearly £3 for a can of coke!

Had just awful and extremely rude experience! Bought an expensive tumbler and baristas simply ignored me. Served like 5 customers after me and just left tumbler sitting there. When I finally asked to just hand over the tumbler started arguing "I'm not going to serve you"!

This is a terrible place, where the staff has no empathy, or understanding of service at all. In cold nov weather, with a lot of rain, and a 1-yr old baby, we stepped into the cafe, to wait for 2mins, before our cab arrived. The cafe was supposed to close in 15mins. But the staff was so rude, and inhuman, it told us, it was locking doors, and we would have to leave immediately, even if it meant waiting with the baby, amidst the rain and cold. We also had a 63yr old person with us. But they didn’t care.We tried to tell them, we have a child, and asked if we could wait for 1 minute. There was an Italian or Spanish server with eyeglasses, who was particularly rude, and told us, we couldn’t do so, at all. I offered to buy a product, from the menu, so we could get a bit of warmth. But she refused. I then had to tell her “don’t you have any empathy? There’s a baby with us?” She said “I’m sorry. We have to lock doors, and then clean up for 30mins.” I told her “come to India, or Asia, and we will show you what empathy and humanity means. Londoners are famous for being rude, and I’ve experienced racism and rudeness, in the past 30 days, but I didn’t face it even once, in Ireland last yr, or Scotland this yr” to which she said “please leave, or I will call the police. We weren’t just shocked with the entire incident, but the way this horrible restaurant’s employees spoke to my family and me.Please don’t visit this restaurant, where rules are so rigid, they overtake basic human kindness”

Coffee is too expensive now, £3.85 - bring your own cup for 50p off though.Friendly atmosphere, coffee tastes great and no surcharge for oat milk. Good prices too (no longer as of August 2023). Great for a quick break whilst on a morning walk. Recommended

Grumpy waitress charged me £7.50 for a hot chocolate and a packet of crisps. I also got charged £2 for marshmallows when it was 50p for marshmallows and whipped cream. God only knows why one of the nicest parks in London has such horrible cafés, and the staff seem to love scamming people.

Lovely food and views. The staff were so helpful and friendly when we realised we had mistimed ordering with our Planetarium visit. Thanks so much for helping!

Yesterday all the toilets but one were out of oder, and the bathroom was very dirty. This is not the first time that the toilets are in an absolutely awful condition. The food is very average.

Nice cafe in Greenwich park, food was tasty, service good. There are lots of wobbly tables which makes it difficult to eat and drink, especially with kids. There are toilets available as well, nice and clean. Lots of outside seating also.

They charged me significantly more for ordering the exact same thing as the customer in the till beside me. I informed them about the situation and they ignored me and carried on. I did not get my money

Horrible burger. They do not seem to CLEAN their grill. The burnt thing once attached to the grill was transferred to the burger patty.Pizza was not worth the price as well. Baked frozen pizza in the oven would have been more delicious. Next time, I'd rather bring my lunchbox.

Overpriced café relying on tourist trade as close to the Observatory. We visited recently and coffee was most expensive we've had in a long time, but was beaten by £5.50 for a very small rectangle of carrot cake. No price on display so I only discovered this once I'd paid.
