This was a great choice for dinner! After a long day of travel, it was late and we really didn't want to venture out for food. We gave the hotel's restaurant a try. And we were so pleasantly surprised! The menu was varied and reasonably priced. And we couldn't have been happier with the food. I enjoyed the beef brisket and Mr enjoyed Fish & Chips. Ended with some sticky toffee pudding. Yum!Ruben took good care of us and we had quite a lovely conversation with him too. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.

I'm not going to lie, the vegan pasta option was killer.

They refused to provide any items I asked from housekeeping and told me it is closed and never staffed, I had to come to the reception to pick up extra milk or pay 5 pounds for delivery?! They did not even know what comes in a club sandwich??? The pizza I ordered was wrong toppings and missed jalapeños….also was given mayonnaise instead of chili flakes……rude staffers.

Clean room, very comfortable bed, super clean bathroom. Small gym that is spotlessly clean. Very easy to travel to/from Heathrow. Hotel staff is kind and welcoming. Will happily return before another early flight.

A comfortable, conveniently placed hotel for Terminal 5. There is a bus stop directly oppoiste the hotel that takes you directly into Terminal 5 and a similar stop outside the front door from Terminal 5. The. hotel is modern, clean with comfortable rooms. I would use it again.

Have stayed here many times over the last few months and am always made to feel welcome. Rooms are very comfortable, bar and food is great. Breakfast a highlight, the all you can eat buffet will see you good for the day.

Not the quality of other Hyatt Hotels but a good experience. Only negative was the helpfulness of the front of hotel who seemed irritated when asked questions or requests were made of them. Hotel was clean and comfortable

Not helpful, off loading work & very disappointing. The counter personnel was not helpfull at all, instead making difficult to check in. I had to rebook my stay with other credit card even I a have confirmation email from the web site.

This is the best experience near the airport. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast cost around 17 pounds, if paid separately. The hotel staff are very friendly Silvia at the reception, helped us with all we needed and she was great in customer services. The 423 bus -at the Heathrow terminal 5 airport- takes around 6 minutes to the hotel, it makes a stop just by the hotel, in the stop named compass center. I have been to Heathrow many times before and this is the best hotel I know in the area.

Staying here currently. THERE IS NO SHUTTLE. Unacceptable for an airport hotel. As a non local to this area I was able to figure out which bus to get on and the 423 completely skipped the hotel stop. Had to walk a half mile backwards. Staff at the front desk could not care less and didn’t bother even with a simple apology. Only response was that they didn’t have a shuttle any more because the bus was easier. Guess not. Poor service. Poor choice. Will stay somewhere else next time.

Overall does exactly what it says on the tin! Location very good close to Heathrow and on Bath road with an Indian and Chinese restaurant close by. We stayed in a room with a view of 27R at Heathrow so got a fantastic view. Initially I was a little frustrated with having to pay £35 for it but actually it was money well spent. What I wasn’t impressed with was the fact the Hoppa bus no longer stops at the hotel so you have to get a local bus or if you have a large amount of luggage, a taxi and they are not cheap. Rooms a little dated, bathroom straight from the 80s. Overall though it was fine and I would stay there again.

Surprisingly good kitchen for a hotel restaurant. They usually offer a boring, tasteless experience.
