A nice place to stop and eat while shopping. Good customer service. It has a really nice view of the area so you can eat, have a good tea and cake with a nice view. It does need redecorating though, so it's more inviting, it does feel a bit old now.
Bright spacious atrium, a variety of hot and cold lunch options (salmon salad was quoted good), service is patchy, tables and trays could be cleaned more often (a common issue across all eateries of John Lewis)
