A great little coffee shop which serves amazing food. I started going tipi at the beginning of lockdown back in 2020. Since then it’s been great to see it go from strength to strength and even open 2 more shops in Eaton manor and Saffron Walden.I love supporting local business and if you want great tasting food and exceptional coffee this is the place to go in and around South Woodford!

Too many dogs ! May aswell be a dog cafe! Walked straight out as not good for those with allergies/phobias. Not very hygienic either !

Cozy vibes and really good coffee make this a go to place for brunch in the area! Really appreciated how careful/attentive the staff were when I asked for a dairy-free veg breakfast. Wish they had some vegan/dairy-free pastry options but will keep coming back for the coffee in the interim.

Went to the Saffron Walden Tipi and had a lovely brunch and a great cupper premier league service from Scott and Rhose.

I’ve eaten here three times now, and every time the food has been delicious, the staff have been delightful and the bathroom was very clean. Lovely aesthetic, their filter coffees are great and the portion sizes are decent.
