I’ve tried to give this branch several chances but on every occasion the experience has been horrendous. Expectations have always been set low but dear god the service standards at Tortilla Westfield are shockingly bad. From poor communication and bad attitude and being treated as they’re going you a favour I just don’t understand why their standards are set so low. I have had great experiences at many of their other stores but this site is literally the lowest of the low. Please avoid unless you enjoy substandard casual dining experiences.From being rushed to being spoken to in a rude tone and not being served what was ordered. This store needs to perhaps have staff retrained.

It’s sad to say this but every tortilla I got to I’ve never had a bad experience but I’m so disappointed as I’ve been violently sick from the burrito I had the other day the chicken had water on the bottom of the pot where the lady was scooping it up which I’m pretty sure chicken shouldn’t have whatever the liquid was on the bottom didn’t look healthy. the service was awful I was picking my food for the burrito and the lady working there was so incredibly rude trying to patronise me when I was picking the food I wanted in it. And then rushed to go to the next customer when i was the only one in the queue the customer service wasn’t great at all, and i was disgusted to see a worker picking the tortilla chips with his bare hands and putting it into a bowl for a customer no gloves on at all. I usually love tortilla but this has really put me off going to any other again.

First and last time in this place. The guys was serving me was rushing me and he was rolling his eyes at me only because I have asked to repeat the question as he asked me what I prefer assuming that I know the ingredients and the differences.Thank goodness I don’t have any food allergies! I never felt so uncomfortable. Horrible costumer service.

This branch always serves a great burrito! Food always seems fresh, and it’s always tasty! Staff are friendly and efficient at getting you served quickly. If you’re looking for something quick and healthy, dine in or take away, this is a great choice! I’ve mostly only tried the normal burrito options, which are always packed full!
