Had booked brunch with my friends and was excited as have heard great things. However we turned up to a closed venue. Had received an email an hour before to say that they cancelled the booking. I find this completely unprofessional and a mockery. If we had to cancel our booking it would be at least 12 hours prior and to not have the same courtesy is despicable. We have now wasted our commute and our time. We had received an alternative at least an hour away in central or told wait 3 hours. We have had no mention about our deposit and won’t be returning! Be mindful about booking and double check on the day

Absolute joke of a venue! I queued with my best friend for 40 minutes for a brunch that started at 3pm we got to the front of the queue at 3.45 to be told they were at full capacity and couldn’t seat us. Paid a deposit for their bottomless brunch and to be honest I’m glad we didn’t get a table because everyone looked like the owner had just farted in their nans mouth and so miserable! People were walking out half way! Avoid this place like the plague

Let down by this company. I originally booked to go last month and they cancelled my brunch the morning of the brunch when I was on the way to the venue. We then were told to go to a sister venue 'Sican', but by the time we had got to the venue after finding out Tropix was closed it was 12:30, so we only had 1 and half hour of brunch. I sent them an email explaining it was my birthday and was let down by them. They first of all replied to my email asking if we could speak on the phone. I never heard from them and sent various chasing emails after.Silly me then arranged to go to Tropix this weekend gone, with my friends as I really wanted to go after seeing so many great reviews. Well I shouldn't of wasted my time... we were ignored by our servers repeatedly and were waiting 30+ minutes to be served for a drink. Then on top of this, half way through the brunch, they turned the music so so loud you couldn't even hear the person next to you talking. A couple next to us were also complaining they couldn't hear each other. So I asked the manager to please turn, even our little corner down, as we couldn't hear each other and he rolled his eyes and walked off. I then asked a waiter if it could be turned down and they said "sorry a lot of people complain about that but theres nothing I can do". We left soon after because the whole thing felt like a bit of joke after my previous experience. I'm gutted to be leaving this review as I'm only leaving it due to being ignored and then having a further bad experience at the weekend.

Me and 3 friends booked the bottomless brunch for a Saturday night. First off the brunch was running late which is fine but no sorry for this, half an hour later we was sat at our table. Then it took us 20 mins for someone to come over. The first waiter just looked at us, asked if we wanted a drink then he saw someone who knew on another table, ignored us, give them drinks and then said what you want. The other waiter final came over and took our food and drinks orders, who was very nice. Then the waiter who ignored as was doing some work on the mic, asked who's birthday it was to everyone, we said our friend and again ignored our table and give shots to his friends (or younger girls), he then said over the mic how hang over he was and that was that. We then had to wait for more drinks, had a 5 min fire breather and that was the entertainment done. Then payment was taken, we had paid £20 deposit which we thought would come off the bill but no, we were told this was for the entertainment for the evening which was a joke and i cant see this anywhere on the website. So in total we paid £52 each for a very poor bottomless brunch. Then on top of that we had to ask twice where the second round of food was when all the tables around us had it already. Poor serivce, poor communication and taking money for a very poor night.

Absolute joke of a venue! Went out for my mates birthday and booked this brunch and it was horrendous! Bar staff were so rude we was put in a corner at the back of the venue! We paid a £20 deposit and £45 brunch we got 1 drink every 40 minutes! It’s disgusting and I will not be coming back!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST !!! We also ordered 4 glasses of prosecco and instead the waiter passed up 2 cocktails that 2 random girls from another table tried and didn’t like and the man thought we wouldn’t realise!! The hygiene in here is horrendous will not be returning. The workers didn’t help in this situation at all instead we was told to come back at 10pm when it’s less busy when we got there for 6:30!!

We booked a table about 3 weeks in advance for the brunch at 3pm got here had to queue for 30 plus mins and for had travelled all the way from Hertfordshire and when we got in there was told they was at full capacity absolutely fuming I would avoid booking this place. Everyone there looked half dead and didn’t look like they was having a good time I would not recommend booking this place so bad and very badly organised!!!

Rachel looked after us really well, we were there for bottomless brunch on a Saturday night as a big group, we felt really welcome with her and she accommodated our group with all our orders and requests. Love her !! Vibes were immaculate with the music, and food and drinks service was very speedy so hats off to kitchen and bar staff. Would definitely come back if I'm in London looking for a good night! Thanks Rachel :)

I booked a table and paid a deposit for a birthday brunch, they messaged me and said there was a mistake in the system and were fully booked which I can rebook for an alternative weekend.This was the 9th February, we are now on the 8th march they are ignoring my messages- do not reply to my calls and have not refunded me my deposit.
