I work right next door to upper crust and their workers are always lovely! I decided to try their caramel latte for the first time today and it’s tasty! Ming was extremely helpful in helping me decide what drink to get and he offered amazing customer service. They had amazing deals going on and managed to get my drink for 50% off by signing up to their rewards system. Would definitely recommend :)

I rated one star because I cant rate 0 star.Please avoid subs if possible. I saw a big fly (a size of pinky finger nail) was crawling on a sub as if it were a cockroach.I believe it is still in there. It is winter now. No flies are supposed to be found in the nature. How long the fly has been there?The size of the fly tells me their mindset on hygiene. I wish no one got sick.Disgusting and nasty.I will never go there again.I hate myself I was there.Dietary restrictions: Disgusting.
