I love to have dinner at The Vapiano, but unfortunately, this time wasn't so amazing like the first time. 2 guests seated in a big table close to the door, and I could feel the cold air draft every time the door opened. It was my birthday and me and my son and I were served separately. His pizza came first, and my meal came after I asked for it. The reason I am writing this review is because you should improve the guest engagement because there is none when we order online and pay straight away, so I would like to have a better service afterwards.I will be back ?Wheelchair accessibility: It's very easy for a wheelchair users.
