Amazing location and service for afternoon tea! Our water Cosmin took incredible care of us and offered some special treats for my daughter’s birthday!

Food was very good. Service was appalling.We had Wowcher which I had been given for mothers day, my daughter had blacked out the price, she has done this on many occasions. It clearly stated it was for a three course meal with sparkling wine. The bar code was fully intact. I had to ring my daughter and asked her to send me the voucher. The waitress refused to sever us a drink until I had done this. We then waited over 40 minutes for our starters, then the mains came out whilst we were still eating them. No apology. We then waited over 30 minutes for the bill. £3 was added on because my husband had the squid which to the best of my knowledge wasn't stated on the menu. The waitress had taken the service charge of and said I know you didn't get great service. If she was aware we didn't get great service why did she not apologise earlier in the meal. It was very disappointing as the food was great and the views are beautiful.

Excellent location to have your afternoon tea. The restaurant is right beside the tower bridge on the banks of Thames. The views are dreamy and surreal and the afternoon tea experience added the cherry on top.Shofi was an excellent host who customised the food and beverage options according the my dietary requirements.Must try atleast once if you are visiting london

What a gem we stumbled upon! We're lucky to get a fireplace seat with the most incredible views! Shaon was our waiter, he was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend!!!!

It was our first time dining in London. Shofi was our host. He had a good list of recommendations. Overall good food and atmosphere. We didn't like the wine we ordered but Shofi was understanding and let us taste sample several before we finalized the one we liked.

Took 20 mins for our drinks to come out, when they come they were slammed onto the table, we asked for a fire pit and was told we were next however 45 mins later were told that there was a mistake and we now had to wait for 2 more people to use them. When we paid the bill the staff member did not say anything to us and just walked off without even asking if we wanted a receipt. Atrocious service.
