Great service and nice ambience in a great location, we were so grateful to get away from the vacuous Borough Market hype machine, and into the old Bankside that I remember.Highlight was the professional and composed service. Wine was nice too

Great looking vinoteca, great choice of wines. The starters were good and service very good too. Friendly and helpful guys going around the table. Only one of the waitress pretty short mannered but thankfully it doesn’t make the wine taste worse. Expensive.

Incredible wine bar outside of the packed area of borough market. Highly recommend it if you want to explore a plethora of wine. The waiter was very welcoming and gave some nice tips of what to have based on our preference. I'll absolutely be going back! Cannot comment on food as we did not

We had our work christmas party.Overall the food was great, particularly parsnip soup. Service was a little slow and there was no option for takeaway hence which was disappointing.

We was not welcomed at all with a doorman so rude! "if you're coming in cmon then" when walking to the door which was unbelievable. Food was unfortunately served cold and had to be taken back for fresh dishes. Disappointing as i had family visiting and this let the night down.

Yuthika, our host, was warm, friendly, and soothed our frayed nerves after an overwhelming Borough market experience. Lovely place with great wine, snacks, and atmosphere.

Nice atmosphere and service but average fries and why only vegan ice cream? 3 of us had dinner and the bavette steak was very nice. Unfortunately it was served with very pale fries and an average salad on the side. We all felt the fries were indeed cooked but certainly very average and not golden at all. We then ordered crumble which was ok but they only offer vegan ice cream with it - we asked for either custard or regular ice cream and they don’t offer it. We thought this was strange; why would you do that since they offer cheese as a starter? Anyway the vegan ice cream was not great. Overall nice evening with friends but will not return for dinner.

OkThey are fully booked, that’s absolutely fine. However both the hostess and security extremely rude. You are fully booked for today but tomorrow when you need customers you might not have.

If you want to feel unwelcome at the door meet the doorman ! He stopped us to enter ..thankfully bar staff came and invited us in Then I looked up and doorman with look me like Dagger eyes ! Not sure why we upset him we are plus 50 years old just wanted a drink Felt I needed Ronnie Kray next to me for protection ! Been here many times before and never like this tonight 26 October 2023 Never coming back again

Regular to Vinoteca, usually on Monday as they have great value promo called Cork Club so you can go upmarket and experiment without wallet flinching. Tables very small in front bar so tricky to balance lots of small plates. This last visit the charcuterie was not expertly sliced as usual, which was a bit disappointing, hopefully one-off. nice atmosphere
