Took the kids and grandparents along for dinner - great food and lovely friendly service from the staff and owner. Our kids love the interactive tables, and of course their hot dogs, burgers and waffles! Also great gluten free options for me and my youngest (plus milk allergy) - staff very knowledgeable regarding allergies. Kids and mum have been back several times on weekdays, so safe to say it’s become a firm local favourite!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and dairy free options were available, and staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.

I recently dined at Waffle Jack's American Diner and had a fantastic experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service provided by our waitress was top-notch. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a tasty meal with a welcoming atmosphere. The only minor hiccup was when I ordered the pie of the day and received a chocolate cake instead (not sure why they call it pie), but it didn't detract from the overall positive experience.

Absolutely love this place. We had the philly cheese steak and it was very filling. Atmosphere makes you feel like your in a real American diner. You can pair your phone with the table and show your pictures or play some games.Staff were so kind and helpful and friendly. This little spot is one of our favorites! Just visited for third time, and the owner bent over backwards to celebrate our little 5 year old with signs and a special song and treat.
