1st time eating at Wagamamas ever. Rather confusing, needed to ring my daughter for help on what to order, must be me getting old ?. Didn't know what anything on the menu was or what to have. Food was excellent tho and I really enjoyed it.

I felt invisible. A bad day made worse. They didn't take my order and I watched them clean and serve other tables. I was just too crushed to remind them I was there, so I waited 20 minutes and left.

Always our go to when we visit London and until now could never fault it even when covid restrictions were in place . This was our worst experience with food and service .was never asked if we had any allergies when given menus. Food was tasteless, and clumps of hard overcooked noodles with my meal . Service was very slow, and when given the wrong order and another missing /forgotten, you'd thought we'd asked for the earth. No apology . Very lack lustre service .

Always nice food here. Service can be a bit slow and random depending on how busy it is. Tasty food worth while though and staff made up for it with a tea ?
