We decided to come here for a quick bite to eat on our way to Buckingham Palace. This place is inside Victoria Train Station so it's perfect for those coming off the train or staying in a nearby hotel. We tried two pasty's since this was our first time here and wanted to compare them. We ordered a traditional and a chicken and mushroom. I can honestly say that the traditional pasty was sooooo much better than the chicken. I will gladly order this again on a cold rainy morning in London

I've purchased pasties from other locations in the past, and they've usually been okay, but last Monday morning at 9:30am this was not the case. I should've been wary when the server didn't turn up for a few minutes. I ordered the traditional large pasty and walked off to my train. It was pretty dry, the filling was bland and needed sauce to make it better, but I was already on the train at this point and couldn't turn back. The crust was so hard and inedible I had to dispose of it. Luckily it only cost me just over £5 but I'd think twice about going back.

Every time I go to London I have to stop at West Cornwall Pasty Company. On my recent three day trip, I ate at West Cornwall three times (and the Pasty Shop once - that was a mistake). Are their pasties the end all and be all, no, but then the best pasty I ever had was in Truro - although one I had in, of all places, Cardiff was right up there. I had both the Wheatmeal Veggie and the Cheese and Onion, depending on what they had each time. I preferred the filling of the Wheatmeal Veggie and the crust of the Cheese and Onion, but both were good. As a vegetarian, my choices were limited each time but there was always something I was interested in eating.

Whenever I hit London I head for West Cornwall Pasty Co. The pasties are delicious. Their hot pasties are especially good on a cold morning. I look forward to eating them the next time I am in London.
